Creativity takes courage. Born and raised in New York, an iconic hub for culture and fearlessness, I've always been enchanted by art. Racing motorcycles put me right at the starting gate of facing any fears life had to offer. As a child, when away from dirt trails and tracks, I would often grab my Mom’s old camera & snap away. I eventually stopped racing and went to school for art but photography was a simple hobby I never took seriously.

After moving to Los Angeles from New York, I worked in retail but quickly realized the importance of creativity in my employment. I soon found myself working in Television production, a vast improvement over retail. While fully engaged in my job, photography continued to pull at me. I purchased a new camera, took a photography class & allowed my passion for capturing life on film to blossom. A few years later I bought my first digital SLR, merging my TV experience & background in Art. Through Photoshop, I began manipulating and experimenting with every photo, challenging myself to create not just photographs but works of art.

Then I became a Dad and everything changed. I realized the beautiful moments of life are fleeting and photography really matters. The first steps, first words, first day of school-moments never forgotten but details not always easy to remember-are captured in all their glory through photography. When today becomes tomorrow or last week, you’ll be able to revisit those precious moments through my lens.

My appreciation for natural light and uninhibited poses focuses on genuine images and the beauty of the subject matter. I document unobtrusively but year’s of retail experience has taught me about the times for gentle direction. Let me invent for you, capture your personality in your backyard, on the beach, anywhere.
